Documentum Composer
Introducing EMC Documentum Composer, an Eclipse-based toolset which provides a unified development platform for assembling, configuring, and deploying EMC Documentum applications.
Composer helps you develop applications faster and easier by reducing the learning curve through user interface consistency and the familiar standards- based Eclipse tooling framework.
Composer also helps you develop Aspects that speed development and improve code reuse by allowing you to modularize behavior and attributes into one component which can be shared across multiple Types.
See a demo of using Composer to develop Aspects
Register to view this recorded webcast to learn more about Composer and Aspects. You’ll see how:
- Composer gives you all the efficiencies of the Eclipse framework including information sharing and maintaining context
- User-interface consistency and the familiar Eclipse framework reduce the learning curve to save development costs
- Composer reduces the cost of tools development by providing common mechanisms and services
- The new Aspects framework reduces coding and complexity by allowing you to add behavior and attributes to a Documentum object without changing its Type definition
